Refund policy
At Kiyohana, we take great care to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hair care and styling products once they have been opened or used.
We work with carefully selected fulfilment partners who prepare and ship your order directly to you. Your purchase contract is always with Kiyohana, and we remain responsible for your statutory rights. We can only accept returns in the event that an item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty.
Reporting a Damaged or Faulty Item
- Please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
- Email support@kiyohana.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.
Resolution Options
If your item is confirmed as damaged or faulty, we will offer you one of the following:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A full refund, issued to your original payment method.
If we ask you to return the faulty item, we will provide instructions and cover any reasonable postage costs.
Change of Mind
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed packaging.
If you decide you no longer want an item that is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have inspected and approved the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
